Manifesting and creating your reality

People often talk about manifesting and attracting when they want to achieve a specific, desired outcome. They would say things like: “I’ve manifested this beautiful home” or “I’m manifesting a great new job.” But rarely will you hear someone saying they have manifested something negative — like an illness or financial problems. I believe that one of the reasons is that it’s much easier to take credit for something positive than to take responsibility for something undesired. (You can read more about responsibility here.)

My definition of manifesting is much broader, since I believe that we manifest everything inside and around us, including everything and everyone we like, and everything and everyone we don’t.

I use the terms “manifesting” and “attracting” to describe creating energetically. For whenever we imagine, picture or visualize something, we are actually doing it energetically. And it’s not only true for meditation or energy healing sessions — it is true for every single moment of our lives.

Since I believe everything is first created energetically by our emotions, intentions, beliefs and thoughts, I also believe that I’m not more expert in manifestation than anyone else on this planet. Each and every single one of us creates their own reality and co-creates the collective reality.

All that just points to the importance of consciously creating our reality by mastering our thoughts and emotions. As we ascend, we grow spiritually and become more and more powerful — soon we will be able to manifest instantly. Therefore, we need to assume responsibility for what we create.

It can be done once we gain a higher perspective. Thought mastery starts when we stop perceiving our beliefs, thoughts and feelings as an ultimate reality, and start to see them for moldable energies, ego/mind projection or even figments of collective consciousness.

No matter what area of life, we always want to create positive, high vibrational results, hence we need to feel good and vibrate high. How do we do it? Basically, by promoting and focusing on what makes us feel good, and when we feel negative emotions — by not giving in to them but looking for a bit better feeling thought instead. And I’m not talking about suppressing, pretending or spiritual by-passing. I’m talking about consciously choosing our beliefs and thoughts, which in turn shapes our emotional state. You can read about raising your vibration with simple, everyday spiritual practices here.

I believe daydreaming and gratitude are great manifesting tools. Once we are in a great headspace we can daydream. When you already see and feel what you want to manifest with your soul’s eyes, feel gratitude for it as if it was already your reality.
