As we ascend we get more and more connected with our Higher Selves, our spiritual guidance, other beings of love and light, our Monads and the Source itself. And the more we are connected the easier it is to communicate with them.
Each of us is on their individual paths, has some channels of communication more open than others, and our perception differs. Therefore what one person would see as a clear sign from the Universe, another would dismiss with a shrug of their shoulders. And both of them are right, since the signs are a divinely orchestrated, individually tailored communication from the higher realms.
We need to remember that our Higher Selves and our spiritual support team are always there – rooting and cheering for us and trying to guide us – even when we don’t see or hear them. They always see us and listen to us.
The higher we vibe, the more we open our hearts and trust, the easier it is for the higher realms to reach us.
Let’s me give you just a few examples of the most popular kinds of signs in no particular order:
- Angel numbers 111. 222, 333, etc – on the clock, on the license plates or street numbers, etc
- Sudden nudges of intuition, impulses to call someone or go somewhere
- Dream messages, which you still remember upon awakening
- A phrase in a book, song lyrics or a movie which seems to be an answer to a question you have been asking
- Unusual cloud formations
- Feathers, rainbows, orbs and other beautiful and unusual occurrences
- Messages brought to us by other people and animals either consciously or unconsciously
The list goes on and on. This communication can look quite inconspicuous – like a bird flying and singing above your head, when you think about something; or it can look funny – like bumping into a person with an important phrase on their t-shirt; or sometimes even uncomfortable – like feeling a sudden knot in your stomach when you think about something.
There are quite a few things we can do in order to improve our communication with the spiritual realm. Meditating is fundamental. I also recommend stating the clear intention – asking your Higher Self, your spiritual guides and/or the Source/God to help you see, hear and understand the signs; and then trusting that that is exactly what will happen – the best time to do it is before meditation and sleep. It is also very important to acknowledge the signs and messages (journaling can help you with that); and to practice attuning to them, so that they can become clearer and more efficient. Spending time in nature and attuning to it can also help greatly with all kinds of spiritual endeavors.
Practice makes perfect therefore repeating all these practices daily steadily opens us to higher levels of communication. What started as seeing angel numbers in time can grow into fully fledged dialogues and/or channeled messages.
